1. Data controller

2. Data we process
If you request an email about the start of sales, we process the first name and email address you provide. We also store information needed to manage your request: its status, sign-up and email-confirmation dates, its source, and a technical hash of the token used to confirm your address.
If you give optional marketing consent, we store its text and version, the date you gave it, and, if you withdraw it, the date of withdrawal. Marketing consent is not required to receive the one-time launch email.
When you use this website, your browser and server may process basic technical data, such as your IP address, the date and time of a request, and browser information. This website also uses cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Managing your sign-up, confirming your email address and sending the launch and discount email you requested — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Sending news and offers — your optional consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Keeping this website secure, handling requests, and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — the controller's legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Whether you must provide data
Providing your first name and email address is optional, but necessary to join the waitlist and receive the requested email. We cannot manage your sign-up without this data. Consent to additional marketing emails is entirely optional. Refusing it does not affect your waitlist sign-up.
5. Recipients of data
We may share data with hosting, server, database, email and technical-support providers, only as needed to operate this website and achieve the purposes described above. Providers process data under appropriate agreements and the controller's instructions.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, it connects to Google's servers and shares technical request data, including your IP address. This website also links to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram but does not embed their content. When you follow a link, the external service processes your data under its own terms.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer uses a mechanism required by the GDPR. The details depend on the provider used by this website.
6. How long we keep data
We keep waitlist data for as long as needed to confirm your address and send the one-time launch email. We delete unconfirmed requests when they are no longer needed to manage sign-ups. If you give marketing consent, we keep the data needed to send those emails until you withdraw your consent.
We may keep information needed to prove that you gave or withdrew consent, or to defend against legal claims, for as long as those purposes require. We keep technical data and logs for the period required by security needs and the infrastructure provider's configuration.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct or delete your data, or restrict its processing;
- port your data, where the GDPR allows it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
To exercise your rights or withdraw marketing consent, email contact@beflexio.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel your request for the one-time launch email.
8. Automated decisions
We do not use your data to make automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way this website works or the scope of data processing changes. We publish the current version on this page.
