These terms govern the use of this website and the free launch-waitlist service. The waitlist is for individuals acting for private purposes, not for business or professional purposes.
2. Services available on this website
This website provides:
- public information about BeFlexio and its A/B/C/D approach;
- a form to request one email about the start of sales and the launch discount;
- an optional sign-up for additional emails about news and offers.
To join, provide your first name and email address, then confirm the address using the link we send you. Consent to additional marketing emails is optional. It is not required to join the waitlist or receive the requested launch and discount email.
Links to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok lead to external services that operate under their own terms.
3. No sales or purchase commitment
On the effective date of these terms, this website does not offer products for sale. Joining the launch waitlist is free. It is not an order, a product reservation or a commitment to buy. The Provider will reserve a launch discount for anyone who confirms their sign-up before sales begin. The Provider will share the discount amount and terms before launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a sales date or product availability.
If the Provider starts selling a product in the future, the Provider will share separate product information and terms before purchase.
4. Starting and ending the waitlist service
Submitting the form starts the sign-up process. The free waitlist service begins when you confirm your email address using the link sent by the Provider. The service ends when you unsubscribe, the Provider ends it, or the Provider deletes your sign-up.
You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@beflexio.com. Unsubscribing ends the waitlist service. You can withdraw consent to additional marketing emails separately by contacting the same address.
5. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser to use this website. Joining the waitlist also requires an active email address. The form may require cookies that are necessary for the website to work. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Rules for using this website
You agree to:
- provide accurate information and use an email address you can access;
- use this website in accordance with the law and these terms;
- avoid actions that disrupt the website, compromise its security or violate another person's rights.

8. Complaints and Provider details
Send complaints about the website or waitlist service to contact@beflexio.com. Include the email address used to sign up, describe the issue and state how you would like it resolved. The Provider will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

9. Availability and ending the service
