Why 90 days?
Time to find your own rhythm
Not for a week.
Time to find your own rhythm.
A week may be enough to get motivated. It is not enough to see whether training can fit into everyday life: during a busy work week, a trip, fatigue or a time when other people or priorities need more of your attention.
90 days is a defined period to explore how training can fit into your everyday life — even when plans change. It is long enough to learn your rhythm and short enough to keep the goal in sight.
90 days does not mean training every day
It is a planned period for working on consistency, not a streak without breaks or an obligation to be active every day. Rest is a valid choice. If you fall out of rhythm, you do not need to make up missed workouts. You can return at the next realistic opportunity.
What can you explore during this time?
First, notice what most often changes your plan during an ordinary week. Then explore how much activity is realistic on a given day. The A/B/C/D approach describes these options but does not prescribe exercises or a single training frequency. The goal is to understand your rhythm better, not to guarantee a specific result.
90 days is the planned length of the program, not a promise of daily activity. The BeFlexio approach is designed to help you find a rhythm of your own.
